Cleaning schedule

The sheet is titled Tracker, 6 rows across 7 days. Six task rows run down the page, seven day columns run across it, and every cell where a row meets a day holds a tick box.

The count

Rows times days gives the number of boxes. Six rows across seven days is forty two tick boxes, and forty two is what the sheet prints. Around them the drawing uses eighteen ruled lines and nine words. The page is 841.89 by 595.28 points, which is A4 landscape, it is one sheet, and the finished file is 4,354 bytes.

The rows are blank

The task rows arrive empty. The site does not print a list of rooms, a rota, or an order of jobs, because it does not know the house. A tracker with the tasks already filled in is a different article altogether, and one that has to be right about somebody else’s week. This one is ruling and boxes. The writing is done afterwards, by hand.

Day columns

The columns are headed Monday to Sunday and the headings print in full on this sheet. Where a setting makes the columns narrow, the day names are abbreviated rather than set in smaller type, on the reasoning that a heading exists to identify a column rather than to be read as a word.

A schedule is paper

A cleaning schedule sold as help for a named condition is not drawn here. Whether a particular layout helps with a particular condition is a claim about the condition, and nothing on this site can support a claim of that kind. What can be stated is the geometry: six rows, seven columns, forty two boxes, black ink, one sheet. That is the article.

Black only

Everything prints black, so a tick box means the same thing under any printer. Where colour is used to say that one row is different or one day matters more than another, that meaning is the first thing a mono printer takes out, and what comes through the rollers is a grid with some cells grey for no stated reason.

Drawn in the browser

There is no stored PDF behind this page. The site holds the geometry and writes the file at the moment it is wanted, in the browser, byte by byte. Nothing is uploaded, no template is hosted anywhere, and nothing on the sheet is licensed from anybody. The same is true of all twenty five sheets on the site, which between them are drawn from 1,119 ruled lines and 234 tick boxes.

The same tracker geometry appears on other pages here under other headings, and the site does not pretend it is a different sheet each time. A grid of task rows against day columns does not change shape according to what is written into it.
