There is no email address published here, and it is fairer to say so plainly than to
print one that nobody reads.

Why not

Daybook is a small automated press. It has no support desk, no account system and no way
to look anything up on your behalf, because it holds nothing about you to look up.

What you can do instead

If a sheet came out wrong, the settings that made it are the settings shown on its page:
change them and take it again. Every sheet redraws as you adjust it, so the version under
your eyes is always the version the file will contain.

If a sheet will not print at the size it says, the cause is almost always scaling in the
print dialogue rather than the file. The terms page explains that in a little more detail.

Nothing you do here is stored, so there is never anything to request a copy of, correct
or have deleted.
